How does the filter work?

When the filter is working, the water to be filtered enters from the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation. The particle impurities in the water are trapped in the filter screen. In such a continuous cycle, more and more particles will be trapped, the filtration speed is getting slower and slower, and the imported sewage continues to enter, and the filter hole will be smaller and smaller, thus creating pressure between the import and export. When the amplitude difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter transmits the electrical signal to the controller, and the control system starts the drive motor, drives the shaft to rotate through the transmission component, and opens the sewage outlet, and the sewage is discharged from the sewage outlet. After cleaning, the pressure difference is reduced to the minimum value, and the system returns to the initial filtering state, and the system runs normally.

When the solid particles in the suspension are large and uniform in size, the pores of the filter slag layer are relatively smooth, and the filtrate passes through the filter slag layer at a higher speed. Using a coagulant to condense fine particles into large particles is beneficial to improve the filtration speed.

For the solid particles settling fast suspension, in the upper part of the filter media filter, filter direction and gravity direction, coarse particles settling first, can reduce the blocking of the filter media and filter slag layer; In the refractory suspension (such as colloid) mixed with coarse solid particles such as diatomite, expanded perlite, can make the filter slag layer lose; When the filtrate viscosity is high, the suspension can be heated to reduce the viscosity. These measures can speed up filtering.
